Information, Registration, and Fees

Students from ECMI centers should get in touch with their local contact who should send a registration form (in pdf or doc format) for each student to the organizers by May 31, 2016.

Students from non-ECMI institutions should send the registration form directly to the organizers by May 31, 2016.

The email address to which the registration forms should be sent is ecmimw2016@fmi.uni-sofia.bg

Fees:

  • for students from ECMI nodes - 250 EUR;
  • for students from non-ECMI institutions - 350 EUR.
The fee should be transferred no later than May 31, 2016 and includes accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, an official dinner, and an excursion. Registrations for which no fee is received in time will be cancelled.

After the Modelling Week, all the groups should prepare reports, describing their work. The reports will be published on the website of the event.


Financial Support

A limited number of ECMI students will be supported via fully or partially covering their participation fee, which includes all the local expenses (i.e. accomodation, meals, etc.). In order to apply, every student should send the following documents to the email address of the event before April 30, 2016:
  1. Statement from the ECMI local coordinator that the student cannot be supported by the sending institution
  2. CV and Motivation Letter
  3. Recommendation letter from an academic representative of the sending institution
